MemoBank is designed as a user-owned personal data tool, not a public social network.
Privacy Policy
We store Telegram user identifiers, messages submitted to the bot, image files sent to the bot, timestamps, payment status, and technical logs required to operate the service.
User data is used to provide memory search, summaries, imports, exports, subscription checks, abuse prevention, and customer support. We do not sell personal memory data.
Users may request export or deletion of their data by contacting support.
Terms of Service
MemoBank is provided as a personal productivity service. Users are responsible for the content they submit and must not use the bot for illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
Paid subscriptions unlock higher limits and may be changed, suspended, or cancelled if the payment is incomplete, fraudulent, or violates service rules.
The service is provided with reasonable effort, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
