Is my data private?
Yes. Each user's memories are isolated by their Telegram ID. No one else — including other users or the bot itself — can access your data. We do not sell or share personal memory data.
What file formats are supported?
Excel (.xlsx/.xls), Word (.docx), PDF, CSV, and TXT. Images (JPG, PNG, WebP) are analyzed via AI vision and stored with descriptions.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed via NOWPayments using USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20). No KYC required for crypto-only payments. Subscriptions are managed directly through the bot.
Can I export my memories?
Yes. Use the /export command or ask the bot to export your data. You'll receive a Markdown or JSON file with all your memories, timestamps, and source references.

Data is used solely to provide memory search, summarization, export, subscription management, abuse prevention, and support. We do not sell personal memory data. Users may request export or deletion at any time by contacting support.
Terms of Service
MemoBank is a personal productivity service. Users are responsible for submitted content and must not use the bot for illegal, abusive, or copyright-infringing material.
Paid subscriptions unlock higher limits. Subscriptions may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms or fraudulent payments.
The service is provided with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We aim for 99% uptime and will communicate any planned downtime.
